Technology Transfer

  • The Air Force Technology Transfer Program – The Air Force Technology Transfer (T2) Program mission is to help Air Force organizations move technologies developed in the laboratories or technical activities to the commercial market and transition technologies to the warfighter. With a vision of leading the discovery of innovations and promoting the commercialization of Air Force technologies for the benefit of the warfighter and the U.S. economy, these activities enhance the economic competitiveness of industry and promote the productivity of state and local governments while leveraging the Department of Defense (DoD) research and development investment.

 

  • Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) – As a Partnership Intermediary, NYSTEC performs services for the Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate (AFRL/RI) that increase the likelihood of success in the conduct of cooperative or joint activities with small business firms, institutions of higher education, and industry. NYSTEC serves as an outreach arm in the Capital Region and throughout New York State where appropriate to engage entrepreneurs, organizations, and governments to inform the community and create awareness of AFRL/RI T2 opportunities and enhance the overall mission of the AFRL Information Directorate.

IgniteU NY

IgniteU NY is an independent program focused on developing entrepreneurs in New York State. Located in Troy, NY, we offer various programs to connect entrepreneurs with their community and help them develop a wide range of entrepreneurial skills.
